Well known and respected throughout the Dulles area real estate community, Brian has developed a reputation as a straight shooter with a passion for all things real estate.

Brian’s real estate career first took flight in the early 2000’s as partner of a top Remax team in the Dulles Market Corridor. He was consistently described by his clients as a benchmark of professionalism, trusted advisor, and an agent that leaves No Surprises.

In 2007, Brian was named Branch Vice President of Coldwell Banker’s Ashburn office. At age 34 he was the youngest managing broker in Loudoun County appointed by a major real estate franchise. In early 2008 Brian oversaw the successful merger of Coldwell Banker’s Ashburn and Leesburg offices.

In 2011, Brian returned to serving his clients directly as the founder of Living Realty, LLC group affiliated with Keller Williams Realty. Brian also served as Compliance Broker for the Keller Williams Loudoun Gateway office.

In 2014, Brian assumed the role of Principal Broker of Living Realty, LLC, as the organization parted ways with Keller Williams Realty. This transition has allowed for Brian and his team to move out of the shadows of the larger corporation and more seamlessly serve the needs of our clients.

Living Realty was born of a highly relational, hands on approach to real estate.  We like to say, “We Come with the House,” as we continue to serve our clients for years to come through our Client Advocate Program.   Having experienced real estate as a seller, purchaser, investor, sales agent, and managing broker, Brian can truly say he is Living Realty.

Brian holds a Bachelor of Science from the State University of New York at Geneseo, an MBA from Auburn University, Montgomery, AL, as well as real estate broker licenses in Virginia and Maryland.

Long-time resident of Loudoun County, Brian lives in Leesburg with his wife April and two children Jack and Sarah.  He is an active member in his church having served various leadership roles.  In his free time Brian enjoys playing guitar, cycling along the W&OD trail with his daughter, walking the family dogs with April, or visiting the many restaurants and breweries in the Historic District of Leesburg.
